Mille Fois

Fun times at Claridges.

Continuing from the afternoon tea at Claridges feature I did, here is what happened in the kitchen beforehand..

First up some Mille Fois was being made, it all happened so fast, i just sat there thinking, ‘err well, since there’s no chance of me making it, I better savour the taste when mine arrives’

Ah the perfection that is a Rose-water Macaroon, honestly I can’t explain to you just how much I love these & to see them made before my eyes, was pretty cool, I know I should have been taking notes, but I just knew it wasn’t going to make a difference in terms of how my macaroon‘s would have turned out..

Whilst wondering around the Claridges kitchen, here’s what I saw..
